Flaxton New Build – Sloping block

New home built by design with our clients

In this challenging project, we tackled a sloping block laden with sub-surface rocks, necessitating the use of large earthmoving machines for the extraction of footings and foundations. Collaborating closely with our clients and our in-house drafting and design team, we executed the home's design to meet all expectations. Specialised access and scaffolding were essential to maintain a safe and practical work environment during construction.

Adding to the project's complexity, the home was designed to be semi off-grid, featuring solar panels, tank water, and its own sewerage treatment system.
