Liz and Bruce

Liz and Bruce Andrews have owned Alyeska since 1990.  Liz is a registered nurse, a career she still practices.  Bruce is an engineer involved in oil and gas production and pipelines internationally.

The Andrews' have an extended family centered around five children all in their twenty's and thirties.

The combined talents of Liz & Bruce at Alyeska have created a special rural experience in a unique environment.

Inca King Camelids

In 1993 Liz and Bruce met Sandy Jetmundsen of Inca King Camelids.  Inca King was a partner in the syndicated group that brought Australia's prime herd of Chilean llamas to the country via New Zealand in 1989.  Llamas of Alyeska bought four boys from Inca King in early 1995 and later that year five girls and two more boys from the same source setting off a breeding program approaching forty animals through the books.
